Vishal is a third generation Entrepreneur & Diamantaire on a mission to reinvent the future of diamonds. Prior to building Lumex, he was managing the rough diamond sourcing, manufacturing and trading business for 17 years at his family venture - Rosy Blue - alongside his father.
Today, Vishal is known and celebrated as one of the pioneers of the modern diamond Renaissance, where he is leading the disruption of the traditional diamond industry at Lumex- A global player offering Bigger, Better and Brighter lab grown diamonds. Vishal has secured multiple patents for diamond designs and continues to push the boundaries on technology & design in the diamond industry.

Naini Mehta hails from the heritage of diamond commerce with deep insights into the traditional business of diamonds. At Lumex, she combines her diamond industry experience with her passion for technology, to build the digital-first lab-grown diamonds commerce portal, Lumex.Online. As the Chief Technology Officer at Lumex, Naini is disrupting the traditional business model of the diamond industry.
Naini is an accomplished serial entrepreneur bringing over 2 decades of rich experience in channeling her futurist ideas into impactful platforms and products throughout her career. She is known for crafting bold telescopic vision that spans tens of steps into the future while having the unique ability to deliver microscopic milestones that compound towards this vision!
As a third generation Diamantaire, she has been recognized by the HRD Antwerp Institute of Gemology as their Top Diamond Grader in 2004, which highlights her mastery in all things diamonds!

Paritosh Doshi brings over three decades of committed leadership in the diamond industry. With expertise in management, manufacturing, relationship management, procurement, and sales, Paritosh adeptly navigates the intricacies of the diamond industry which thrives on trust.
As Lumex's Chief Operating Officer, he plays a pivotal role in expanding the lab-grown diamond industry, firmly believing in Lumex's potential to revolutionize the market. Today Paritosh channels his passion for creativity into conceptualizing innovative diamond cuts and transforming these ideas into stunning diamonds!
Prior to joining Lumex, he spent 20 years at Rosy Blue where he honed his passion for diamonds by mastering the art of designing efficient manufacturing processes, building rock-solid relationships with diverse stakeholders and sourcing diamonds for global buyers.
Beyond the confines of the boardroom, Paritosh is an ardent sports enthusiast, finding solace and inspiration on the field.

Dipti is the Chief Creative Officer at Lumex.Online where she is passionately infusing in a brand new dimension of creativity to the traditional business of diamonds.
She’s been an Entrepreneur and Chief Designer of her venture bSpoke, a personalized stationery and gifting company, for over 25 years before joining Lumex.Online-her family business. As the Chief Creative Officer at Lumex.Online, Dipti will bring a fresh new perspective on the business of diamonds combining her love for art, design & photography as she reinvents the future of diamonds with Lumex.Online.
A self-confessed travel and photography geek, Dipti has traveled to over 38 countries across 7 continents and over the seven seas to indulge in nature, wildlife and travel photography. While photography is her serious hobby, she also loves painting portraits of people and animals to capture their unique essence in this moment of time and transform those ordinary moments into extraordinary monuments of artworks!
Dipti also loves constantly challenging herself and is an ardent adventure enthusiast. She’s a fan of all racquet sports and has been inspired to ski again by her children's love for adventure sports.
Born and raised in Belgium, Dipti’s love for creative writing inspired her to pursue her graduation in English Literature from Vesalius College in Brussels. Today, she actively serves on the board of the Vahishta Foundation evangelizing mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

As Lumex’s Sales Director, he plays a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the Lab-grown Diamond sector by advising and enabling our buyers to introduce Lab-grown diamonds in their portfolio of offerings. Today, Raj channels his passion for client-centric solutions into developing innovative sales strategies and fostering long-term partnerships.
